Beautiful entrance, clean rooms, helpful staff, quick check-in, great pool for kids.

Was all great.

The pool was nice and clean, great for swimming. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions.

The rooms were very outdated and in need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were old and worn.

The entrance of the hotel was beautiful and clean, with helpful staff. the pool was a highlight, with a nice separation for kids and adults. Housekeeping was considerate of our privacy and asked before entering.

Some rooms have mold on the ceiling and doors due to water damage. In some cases, the staff did not offer to move guests to another room.

the separation between the adult and kids area made it perfect for both relaxation and fun. the location was very convenient in terms of being within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. the room was also well-prepared for our arrival and the staff was very pleasant.

Although the room was clean, the old and worn linens were a bit of a let-down. the stiff and uncomfortable pillows made sleeping difficult.
